With the New Year just a few days away, the pressure of new years resolutions is among us. Rather than scrambling to set new year’s resolutions focus on setting personal goals for yourself this year. Goals are more inspiring than resolutions and are usually more achievable. Everyone wants to achieve goals in life. Here is a list of New Year’s Goals that are absolutely achievable.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Provide yourself with daily words of affirmation.
Journal daily.
Read more- set a goal for a number of books by the end of the year.
Eat healthier- add more vegetables to your diet.
Take a walk and enjoy nature at least once a week.
Set budgets for yourself and become more financially stable.
